What this site does with your data

Visiting the site. The site is delivered by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit. I do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Enquiry forms. If you send an enquiry through the forms, the details you enter (name, organisation or gym, email address, event details and your message) are passed through the form service Web3Forms and delivered to my email inbox, which is hosted by Infomaniak in Switzerland. I use these details only to reply to you and to handle your enquiry.

Email. If you write to me directly, I keep our correspondence for as long as it is needed.

Why I may process your data

To answer your enquiry and prepare a possible engagement, and for my legitimate interest in running this website securely. Where the law requires your consent, I ask for it.

Who receives your data

Only the service providers needed to run the site and handle your enquiry: Cloudflare (hosting), Web3Forms (form delivery) and Infomaniak (email). These providers may process data outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area. Where that happens, I rely on the safeguards the providers offer. I do not sell your data.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting work, and delete them when they are no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask me what data I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to how I use it. Write to barnabe@barnabedelarze.com. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or to your local data protection authority.
